ASK Extends Contactless Handheld Reader Line

The recently released CR318 handheld reader from ASK has been designed for transport, reload POS, ticketing and events applications and offers one of the best cost/performance ratios on the market.  

 

With extended battery life that lengthens user operating cycle, the HCR is lightweight with an ergonomic modular design, containing 3 SAM slots. The HCR 318 supports various communications via GPRS, WiFi, Bluetooth and CDMA USB dongles and comes with a wide range of connectivity to fit most needs.  Memory size options include 32 MB SRAM, 32 MB Flash and the unit has a 128 x 64 pixel backlit LCD. The HCR 318 is also available without a keypad.  ASK offers the option of customizing the HCR case with the client’s own logo and colors to suit customer needs.
